DPF & EGR Solutions

DPF Delete & Removal

We offer a software DPF delete service, however, you will need to arrange for the removal of the DPF yourself. Please call for more information.

DPF Regeneration

We provide a dpf regeneration service. We will come to you at your home or work. Using our high level diagnostic equipment we are able to provide a static or driven forced regeneration service to get your dpf unblocked.

EGR Delete & Removal

There are two parts to the EGR Removal service. First the EGR Valve is blanked preventing any exhaust gasses from passing through the valve and entering the intake system (EGR blanking is only required when the valves cannot fully close due to carbon build up or motor failure). Secondly, the ECU is Remapped (Reprogrammed) and the EGR functions are removed from the ECU software or the valve is electronically programmed to remain closed at all times. This is the most important aspect of the service and it is vital that it’s done correctly. We can also remap the vehicle for better performance and fuel efficiency at the same time.

​1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the services provided by RS Performance ("we", "our", "us") in relation to mobile ECU (Engine Control Unit) remapping. By booking and using our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Services Provided
We offer mobile ECU remapping and tuning services designed to improve vehicle performance, fuel efficiency, and drivability. Our services may include engine tuning, performance enhancements, and fault code removal.

3. Customer Requirements
a) The customer must provide accurate vehicle details before booking a remap.
b) The vehicle must be in good mechanical condition, free from underlying faults. If underlying faults are detected during the remapping process, we reserve the right to halt the service, and the customer may be charged a call-out fee.
c) The customer must inform us of any previous modifications or tuning applied to the ECU.

4. Liability & Warranty
a) We are not liable for any pre-existing faults that may become apparent during or after the remapping process.
b) The customer acknowledges that performance modifications may impact fuel economy, emissions, and wear on vehicle components.
c) We provide a limited warranty on our remapping service for software-related issues but do not cover mechanical failures post-remap.

d) The customer is responsible for ensuring their vehicle complies with local emissions and road regulations following the remap.

e) We accept no liability for any voided warranties or manufacturer restrictions due to remapping.

5. Payments & Cancellations
a) A deposit or full payment may be required before the service is carried out.
b) Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
c) Refunds are at our discretion and will only be considered for genuine issues directly related to our service.

6. Performance & Results
a) Performance gains vary depending on the vehicle, its condition, and prior modifications.
b) Dyno figures and performance estimates are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed due to conditions and fuel quality.
c) We do not accept liability for any expectations not met regarding power gains or fuel economy improvements.

7. Legal Compliance
a) The customer is responsible for ensuring the remapped vehicle remains road-legal and meets relevant emissions standards.
b) Our services are intended for off-road or motorsport use in cases where road legality is affected.
c) We are not responsible for any legal repercussions arising from remapping.

d) The customer is responsible for notifying their insurance provider about any modifications made to the vehicle following software changes.

8. Data & Privacy
a) We may collect and store customer details for booking and service history purposes.
b) Customer data will not be shared with third parties without consent, except where required by law.

9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Customers will be notified of any significant changes before their booking.

10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of United Kingdom, and any disputes shall be handled in accordance with local regulations.
